Site Billing & Cancellations

Change of PayPal Billing Details

If the PayPal account currently set up for a site’s billing subscription needs to change, you will need to cancel the PayPal subscription from the PayPal account (or request WebinOne support to cancel the subscription from their end).

Once the PayPal subscription has been cancelled please submit a support ticket requesting a site billing change. Support will move the site account to ‘Trial’ status (for billing purposes only - the site will remain live and fully active) where you’ll be able to set up a new PayPal billing subscription by clicking on the ‘ACTIVATE’ button next to the Trial site account listing.

If you are a PARTNER or PARTNER AGENCY reseller changing a site to Direct Billing, follow the steps above but instead of setting up the new billing subscription, change the site settings to enable Direct Billing and instruct your client to set up billing from the gear icon in the site admin.

Within 48 hours after the new billing subscription has been set up, the site will move from your Trial sites list back to your Live sites list.

Site Plan/Subsription Changes

To change a site's plan, access its settings from your WebinOne Portal, under ‘Live Sites’, clicking on the pencil () icon.

From the available settings, adjust the “CMS Plan” to your desired plan.

The billing subscription will be automatically updated - with the current PayPal subscription cancelled and a new subscription created.

Site Cancellations

To cancel a site account please submit a support ticket requesting the site cancellation.

You can cancel the PayPal subscription from the PayPal account used for billing or you can request WebinOne support cancel the subscription from their end.

Site cancellations will result in complete deletion of the site account. If you’d like to keep the site configuration you can duplicate the site from your Portal prior to cancellation, creating a duplicate in your Trial sites list (or request WebinOne support to do this for you). Assuming your account has an available Trial site slot for this.

Pausing Site Billing

Unfortunately, site billing subscriptions cannot be stopped and started as needed. If site billing needs to stop temporarily, the site will need to be cancelled and later restored from a duplicate Trial site copy with a new billing subscription set up. Assuming your account has an available Trial site slot for this.
