Submit Showcase
Submit your Showcase site directly from the Portal, allowing you to feature your live sites as a case study on WebinOne Showcase page.
Through a guided two-step flow, partners select an eligible live site, describe their project, and submit it for review. After the team reviews the submission and adds images, the case study is published on the WebinOne website here.
Submission flow
Start page
The section opens with a short description and a "+ SUBMIT NEW" button. The button is active only when the user has at least one site in Live status; otherwise it is disabled, since only live sites are eligible for submission.
Step 1
Choose Live Site - The user selects one of their live sites from a dropdown (sorted alphabetically). Trial sites are not eligible and must be activated first. The "NEXT" button remains disabled until a site is selected.
Step 2
Project Details - The selected site is displayed with its name and clickable URL, along with a "CHANGE" button to return to site selection. The form includes the following required fields:
- Hero Quote – shown as the headline of the published case study
- Project Type – Created from scratch or Migrated from other CMSs
- Platform Features Used – multiselect of platform capabilities (Blog, CRM, Custom modules, Events, Ecommerce, and more)
- Four narrative questions covering The Challenge, The Game-Changer, The Build Process, and a Final Quote
Quick entry after site activation
The showcase flow can also be started directly from the site activation success page. In this case, the user lands on Step 2 with the newly activated live site already preselected.
